The Basel Tattoo 2012

One of the world's largest and most successful open-air Tattoos: the Basel Tattoo presents you with world-famous catchy, original choreography and a brilliant light show in front of the beautiful scenery of the historic barracks in Basel on the Rhine. In July 2012 have representation orchestras from all around the world for the sixth time the arena in the courtyard of the barracks vibrate to its foundations.

The historic barracks in the heart of the town is the imposing backdrop, right on the Rhine, and is the original location of such spectacle. The impressive arena with 7,500 seats reminiscent of Roman times is no coincidence.
